Precision Equipment

 Our mill have 1000 sets of Airjet loom to meet huge order capacity. It also owns best pre-finish set machine to keep stable pre-treatment. Mercerizing process makes our fabrics more glossy and skin-adaptable. Preshrinking process keeps the good shrinkage of fabrics when hand washed. 

Printed Technology

  6 lines of screen printing are suitable for 10-18 color patterns, and the print can look distinct. capacity 600,000 meters Monthly, 20 sets high speed Digital printing Machine, capacity 1200,000 meters Monthly. Which is a new printing technological. By this tech, we are producing custom designs for buyers in huge quantity monthly. After-finish is vital to the high quality of fabrics. Special finish by glazing calenders makes our fabric super soft and glossy.

Quality Inspection

  Professional inspection team makes sure no defect fabrics to buyers’ hands. As for precutting and packing process, we accept personalized packing according to per buyer’s demand. Modern warehouses have millions of yard stock fabrics for ITS order immediate shipment.
